Since Great Value Shop Now exclusively offers Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds for eligible returned orders are processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed refund method. Refunds cannot be provided in cash at the time of pickup or delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
